We take security very seriously to ensure you have confidence that your belongings are secure any time of the day. We have over 20 cameras onsite with 24 hour surveillance and every unit armed and monitored.
Our normal gate hours are 6:00 am to 10:00 pm every day but you can ask for extended hours if needed. Manager can work with you and your schedule to ensure you have access when you need it, all while still making sure your unit is 100% secure.
Yes, you will sign a simple lease, it is month to month with rent due on the 1st of each month. We just ask for at least 10 day notice of move out so we can prepare your move out is timely and smooth.
Yes, you will need your own lock to secure your storage unit. We sell weather proof anti-pick locks in our office for just $8.99.
You are not required to carry insurance on your belongings but we high recommend it. We offer insurance information in our office which is just $4.99/mo through a third party insurance company dedicated to the self-storage industry.
